RE: Account # 00000001
Dear Sirs:
I am writing in response to your collection call on January 2, 2008 regarding my rent-to-own agreement with your company. As I explained on the telephone, I cannot make any further payments and I request that you reclaim your merchandise. I feel that while visiting your store, excessive pressure and questionable sales tactics were used to coerce me into executing the rental agreement
If my offer to return your merchandise is not acceptable, I will forward the details of my situation to the State Attorney General's Office for further guidance. I will look for your reply within the next ten days before taking further action on this matter
Sincerely,
John Smith
